Vitamin E:

protects as "antioxidant" the cell membranes from destruction by aggressive harmful substances and thus preserves the structural functionality and performance of the heart muscle, even at maximum stress. In addition, vitamin E improves the oxygen supply and utilization in the muscles and thus increases the performance of the heart considerably.

 

Selenium:

protects together with vitamin E the cell membranes from harmful oxygen compounds and is indispensable for the functioning of the heart muscle.

 

L-carnitine:

serves as a carrier for long-chain fatty acids. The additional supply of L-carnitine can significantly improve the performance of the heart muscles.

 

Magnesium:

is responsible for the functioning of about 100 intracellular enzymes, mainly in the striated muscle and in the heart muscle.

 

lysine:

plays an important role as a buffer of lactic acid in the heart muscle.
